健康教育对预防保健的促进作用探讨

目的探讨健康教育对预防保健的促进作用。方法采用随机分组的方式将该院附近的居民小区中200例儿童及儿童家长作为研究对象，将这200例，平均分成两组，在2014年8月对对照组进行常规卫生服务，对于观察组除了进行常规卫生服务之外，还要对患者进行健康教育宣传，宣传的形式主要有对儿童及家长进行科普讲坛、分发小册子等，对比分析两组研究对象的预防保健情况。结果1年之后，在2015年8月，对两组研究对象的预防保健效果进行对比分析，结果发现，观察组在儿童预防保健知识掌握程度上显著高于对于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组在参与定期体检的情况也显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在疫苗接种方面，观察组也显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对小区居民采用健康教育的方式进行预防保健能够显著提高儿童及家长的预防保健知识掌握情况，家长对于预防保健的积极性也显著提高。

［Abstract］Objective To study the promotion role of health education in preventing health care.M ethods 200 cases of children and children's parents in the nearby resident lots of our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups，the control group adopted routine health services in August 2014，the observation group underwent health education propaganda on the basis of the control group，and the propaganda formsmainly included the popular science forum and booklet distribution，and the prevention and healthcare of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After 1 year，the comparative analysis showed that themastery degree of prevention healthcare knowledge in children was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the difference had statistical significance（P＜0.05），the regular physical examination participation in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group，and the difference had statistical significance（P＜0.05），the vaccine inoculation in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group，and the difference had statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The health education method of prevention and healthcare for community residents can obviously improve the children and their parents'mastery of prevention and healthcare knowledge，thus obviously improving the parents'enthusiasm of healthcare.
