产前超声筛查技术规范管理及效果研究

目的探究产前超声筛查技术规范管理及其效果。方法根据某地区产前超声筛查技术规范化管理程度，将2012年2月—2015年2月分为3个不同管理阶段，分析3 115例出生缺陷监测个案的产前超声筛查具体情况。结果160名产前超声筛查考核人员通过对各种缺陷图片进行认图考核，其认图正确率分别为腹裂（85.71%）、唇裂（78.57%）、脐膨出（77.19%）、神经管缺陷（71.08%）、先天性心脏病（50.91%）和肢体萎缩（33.33%）。通过对该地区三个阶段的产前筛查检出率进行分析，其第一阶段（2012年2月—2013年2月）的产前超声筛查检出率为33.04%，第二阶段（2013年3月—2014年2月）的产前超声筛查检出率为44.94%，第三阶段（2014年3月—2015年2月）的产前超声筛查检出率为60.54%，呈逐年增长的趋势。结论通过对产前超声筛查技术进行规范化的培训以及管理措施，能够有效提高出生缺陷的产前检出率。

［Abstract］Objective To study the standardizedmanagementand effectof prenatal ultrasound screening technology.M ethods The time from February 2012 to February 2015 was divided into threemanagement phases according to the standardizedmanagement degree of prenatal ultrasound screening technology in a certain region，and the specific conditions of 3115 monitoring caseswith birth defectwere analyzed.Results In the 160 prenatal ultrasound screening and assessment personnel，the picture-reading accurate rates of celoschisis，cleft lip，pcromphalus，eural tube defect，congenital heart disease and wasted limb respectively accounted for 85.71%，78.57%，77.19%，71.08%，50.91%and 33.33%，the prenatal ultrasound screening detection rate in the first phase（from February 2012 to February 2013），in the second phases（from March 2013 to February 2014）and in the third phase（from March 2014 to February 2015）was respectively 33.04%，44.94%and 60.54%，which showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion The standardized management and managementmeasures of prenatal ultrasound screening technology can effectively improve the prenatal detection rate of birth defect.

在产前对胎儿进行超声检查是预防出生缺陷的重要措施，是能够预防严重胎儿先天畸形的重要手段。据研究表明，对胎儿进行产前超声检查，能够诊断和检出绝大多数存在严重畸形的胎儿，但是，在二级预防中，产前超声检查是否能够在预防出生缺陷中发挥其有效作用，仍较大程度地取决于操作人员的技术水平以及是否规范操作［1］。该文通过选取某地区2012年2月—2015 年2月间相关数据进行分析，对产前超声筛查技术进行规范管理的效果进行研究，现报道如下。……
