柔性管理应用于血管外科护理管理的效果分析

目的探讨血管外科应用柔性护理管理的效果。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月间该院血管外科收治的90例患者作为研究对象，采用数字随机分组方法将其随机分为观察组以及对照组，每组45例，其中观察组给予柔性管理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者护理质量评分及患者的疼痛评分、投诉率及差错发生率等管理效果。结果观察组的护理质量评分及患者的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组，观察组的投诉率及差错发生率均明显低于对照组，其护理满意度明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用柔性管理应用于血管外科的护理管理工作中能够充分调动护理人员的积极性，提高患者满意度以及护理质量，降低疼痛，减少了患者投诉率，差错发生率值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of flexible nursing management in the department of vascular surgery.M ethods 90 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of vascular surgery of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and random ly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each，the observation group were given flexible management，the control group adopted routinemanagement，and the nursing quality score，pain score，compliant rate and incidence rate of errorswere compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score and pain score in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group，the compliant rate and incidence rate of errors in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group，and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group and there were obvious differences between groups by comparison（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of flexiblemanagement in the nursingmanagement work in the department of vascular surgery can fully motivate the enthusiasm of nursing staff，improve the satisfactory degree of patients and nursing quality and reduce pains and compliant rate and incidence rate of errors of patients，which is worth clinical promotion and application.

柔性管理［1］属于一类“以人为本”的人性化管理模式，是在对人的心理及行为规律进行研究的基础上，通过采取非强制性控制的方法，使人们的潜意识中形成意识形态，将人的意志转变为自觉行动，形成一种意愿的主动性。在该院血管外科护理的专科化建设进程中，我们灵活采取了柔性管理方式，在护理管理实践中充分尊重医护人员和患者，达到互相理解，人与人之间充分关心与信任，培养塑造，使得护理人员的工作积极性以及创造性得到了极大的提高，提升了护理质量，现报道如下。……
