仿真模型用于母婴保健技术资格考核的探讨

从事母婴保健专项技术的医务人员，必须通过卫生行政部门的母婴保健技术资格考核并取得相应的合格证书。柳州市卫生与计划生育委员会与我校合作，在母婴保健技术资格考核中应用医学仿真模型进行模拟考核，医学仿真模型的真实性、可操作性、可重复性、时间使用的灵活性、操作流程的规范化与标准化、无医疗风险等优点有效地解决了资格考核所面临的临床病源不足、时间不可控、潜在的医疗纠纷等问题，并为探索母婴保健技术培训考核管理模式、组建医学类资格考试培训与考核中心提供了依据。

［Abstract］Themedical staff engaged in thematernal and infant health care specific technologymust pass the qualification examination ofmaternal and infant health care technology in the health administration department and obtain the corresponding qualified certification.Liuzhou health and family planning committee applies themedical simulationmodel to simulation examination in the qualification examination of maternal and infant health care technology cooperating with our school，and the advantages including the authenticity，operability，repeatability，time-use flexibility，normative and standardized operation process and nomedical risk of the simulationmodel effectively solves the problems of insufficient clinical disease sources，uncontrollable time and potentialmedical disputes and provides basis for exploring training and examination managementmodel ofmaternal and infant health care technology and organizing themedical qualification examination training and examination center.

母婴保健技术服务主要包括有关母婴保健的科普宣传、教育和咨询；婚前医学检查；产前诊断和遗传病诊断；助产技术；实施医学上需要的节育手术；新生儿疾病筛查；有关生育、节育、不育的其他生殖保健服务［1］，其服务质量直接关系着孕产妇、胎儿、新生儿、育龄妇女等的安全与健康，为确保服务质量各地卫生行政部门每年均会举行母婴保健技术资格考试。自2011年以来，该校第一临床医学院临床技能实训中心妇产科实训室一直协助柳州市卫生与计划生育委员会（原柳州市卫生局）妇社科完成柳州市（含六县）母婴保健技术资格考核工作，现报道如下。……
