血生化检验中血清胆固醇异常的检验

目的探索血生化检验过程当中血清胆固醇出现异常的原因。方法选取2014年3月—2016年3月110例在该院接受血液生化检验出现血清胆固醇异常的110例患者作为研究对象，对患者血清胆固醇出现异常情况与原因进行回顾性分析，同时提出相应处理建议。结果此次实验110例胆固醇出现异常患者中，有10例胆固醇是偏低的，100例是胆固醇上升的。结论在生化检验过程中胆固醇上升出现几率较大，主要包含用药引起、有糖尿病、肝脏病变、慢性肾功能发生障碍等，因而在临床治疗方面需要给患者更多关心，对患者饮食进行合理控制，防止胆固醇再度升高。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the occurrence causes of serum cholesterol abnormality in the blood biochemical?test. M ethods 110 cases of patientswith serum cholesterol?abnormality in the blood biochemical test in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects,and the conditions and causes of serum cholesterol abnormality were retrospectively analyzed,and the corresponding handling suggestions were put forwards.Results In the 110 cases of patients with cholesterol abnormality,the cholesterol of 10 cases was lower and of 100 cases increased.Conclusion The occurrence probability of cholesterol increase in the biochemical test is bigger,the main causes are the patient’s medication,diabetes,hepatic lesions and chronic renal disorder,therefore,we should bemore concerned about patients in clinical treatment and rationally control diet of patients to prevent the increase of cholesterol again.

不规律饮食等都会影响到人类的胆固醇，胆固醇发生异常[1]。另外，生活压力太大、酗酒，体育锻炼量不够等同样会让胆固醇出现异常几率增加，胆固醇过低会导致人记忆力衰减、反应变慢等情况出现。而当胆固醇上升则可能会诱发心脑血管或者冠心病等症状，对人体生命健康构成严重威胁。有关资料显示，中国平均10万人当中便有约600左右人出现高血脂现象，超出7 000人表现出高血脂病症，而高发病率和疾病让人身心俱疲，对人们生活与工作构成严重影响[2]。对身体中胆固醇进行及时检测，对本身胆固醇密切留意，对胆固醇发生异常原因加以了解对预防心脑血管病意义重大。……
