应用SWOT分析下肢骨折术后患者疼痛关爱管理新模式的建立

应用SWOT分析下肢骨折术后患者疼痛关爱管理新模式的建立

目的运用SWOT分析，提升疼痛关爱理念，使患者得到优质的医疗护理服务。方法将100例下肢骨折内固定植入手术治疗的患者，随机分为常规组50例、对照组50例，其中，对照组男35例，女15例，平均年龄（33.35±10.64）岁；常规组男33例，女17例，平均年龄（34.89±8.23）岁，两组患者性别、年龄、文化程度、病情等基本情况，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术前VAS评分无统计学差异，术后对照组经SWOT分析，应用疼痛关爱新模式。结果对照组经疼痛关爱新模式治疗及护理，术后镇痛、镇静效果达到预期目标。结论运用经SWOT分析后建立的疼痛关爱新模式，减轻术后疼痛给患者带来的痛苦，使患者得到较满意的睡眠质量，术后患者能够早期开始功能锻炼。

［Abstract］Objective To improve the pain care idea by the application of SWOT analysis in order tomake patients obtain excellentmedical nursing services.M ethods 100 cases of patients with lower limb fracture internal fixation implantation surgery were randomly divided into the conventional group and the control group with 50 cases in each，there were 35 male patients and 15 female patients in the control group，and the average age was（33.35±10.64）years old，there were 33 male patients and 17 female patients in the control group，and the average age was（34.89±8.23）years old，and there was no statistical difference in the gender，age，educational degree，disease condition and other basic conditions，and there was no statistical difference in the VASscore before operation，after operation，the control group applied pain care new mode after the SWOT analysis.Results The postoperative analgesia and sedative effect achieved the intended goal after the treatment and nursing of pain care new mode in the control group.Conclusion The establishment of pain care new mode after the SWOT analysis can relieve postoperative pains of patients and help patients obtain the satisfactory sleeping quality，and the postoperative patients can start functional exercise early.

疼痛的多模式管理已经在业界达成共识［1-2］，“第五生命体征”已经日渐成为诊疗过程中，包括患者、医务人员在内越来越关注的问题。疼痛管理是骨科病房管理的重要内容，手术内固定后早期活动对功能康复至关重要。课题组将SWOT分析法引入到下肢骨折术后患者疼痛关爱管理新模式中，比较常规疼痛管理和SWOT分析后的疼痛管理新模式的应用效果，现报道如下。
