医务人员手机卫生与医院感染控制

目的了解医务人员手机细菌污染情况，为预防医院交叉感染提供依据。方法2015年6月随机选取该院内外妇儿医护人员60名，对其手机进行细菌培养，同时开展问卷调查，了解医务人员手机日常使用清洁保养等情况。结果该次调查手机染菌量为93.3%，共检出9种116株细菌，其中16.3%手机培养结果为致病菌，与国外文献报道手机的致病菌污染率为9%～36%一致，90%以上的标本为混合菌，2种菌及2种以上。结论医务人员手机染菌量严重，不同科室医务人员手机污染情况也不同。应提高医务人员手卫生依从性，定期对手机进行清洁消毒，预防医院感染的发生。

［Abstract］Objective To know themobile bacterial pollution ofmedical staff and make decisions thus providing basis for preventing the hospital cross infection.M ethods June 2015 60 cases ofmedical staff in the department of obstetrics and gynecology，pediatrics，department，department of internalmedicine and department of surgery were randomly selected for mobile bacterial cultivation，and the questionnaire survey was carried out，and the cleaning and maintenance inmobile daily usage ofmedical staffwas known.Results Themobile phone survey stained bacteria was 93.3%were detected in 9 kinds of 116 strains of bacteria，which 16.3%ofmobile phone culture results of pathogenic bacteria，and reported in the literature of foreign mobile phone of pathogenic bacteria contamination rate for 9 comments，more than 90%of the specimens for the mixed bacteria，2 kinds of bacteria and 2 kinds of above.Conclusion Themobile bacteria content ofmedical staffwas serious，themobile pollution varied in themedical staff of different departments.We should improve the hand hygiene compliance ofmedical staff，regularly clean and disinfectmobiles and prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.

医院感染威胁着病人的健康和生命，给病人、医院和社会带来沉重的负担。医院感染的传播途径分为经消化道传播、经空气/飞沫传播、接触传播等几类，而接触传播是导致医院感染的重要因素。有报道称由于医务人员的手传播的细菌造成医院感染的约占30%，比空气传播更具有危险性［1］，手及手接触的物表成为重要的传播媒介。目前手机成为医务人员不可缺少的通讯工具，但也成为了医院感染新的传播媒介［2］。为了解该院医务人员手机细菌污染情况，制定决策，对该院内外妇儿60名医护人员的手机进行感染检测，现报道如下。……
