高水平消毒后物品保存有效期探讨

【摘要】目的 比较一次性塑料自封袋与单层纯棉布包装高水平消毒物品的保存有效期限。方法 2014年1～12月我院工作人员对高水平消毒后的复用物品进行采样检测，采用无菌采样检测的方法在不同时间对两种材料包装的高水平消毒物品进行检测，记录细菌菌落数达到20 cfu/件的时间并比较。结果 一次性塑料自封袋包装的物品所有采样检测结果均合格。单层全棉布包装的物品放置20 d时采样结果显示＞20 cfu/件。结论 在我院现有条件下，一次性塑料自封袋包装的高水平消毒物品可将30 d作为保存指导期限；棉布包装的上述物品可将15 d作为保存指导期限。

Objective To compare the effective duration of the preservation between the disposable plastic bag and packing high level disinfection articles with single layer of pure cotton cloth. Methods The reusable articles after high level disinfection were sampled and detected through in our hospital staff from January 2014 to December 2014，and the high level disinfection products of two kinds of materials at different time were detected by the method of aseptic sampling and testing. Then，thenumber of bacterial colonies reached 20 cfu/pieces of time were recorded and compared. Results All the sampling test results of disposable plastic bag packaging items were qualified，and the sampling results when placing 20 d of single piece of cotton packing showed that＞ 20 cfu/pieces. Conclusion Under the existing conditions of our hospital，the disposable plastic bags sealing high level disinfection materials can be saved 30 d as the guidance period. And the cotton packing of the above items can be 15 d as the preservation of the guidance period.

所谓“高水平消毒”，是指杀灭一切细菌繁殖体，包括分支杆菌、病毒、真菌及其孢子和绝大多数细菌芽胞［1］。高水平消毒不同于灭菌，不能杀灭所有活的微生物，因此放置一定时间后必然有细菌繁殖，当超过20 cfu/件时即无法使用［2］，须重新清洗消毒。2014年1～12月我院工作人员对高水平消毒后的复用物品进行采样检测，其保存期限得出结论，现汇报如下。

1 资料及方法

1.1 一般资料

我院为一家地市级三级甲等医院，开放床位1 000张，新的消毒供应中心于2012年12月投入使用，全院所有可重复使用的器械、器具及物品均由消毒供应中心统一回收处理，并集中发放一次性医疗用品。

1.2 方法

（1）将100条止血带按照洗涤-酶洗-冲洗的方法进行清洁，再使用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂浸泡30 min使之达到高水平消毒，最后使用纯化水进行终末漂洗，干燥柜烘干。……
