摘要[目的]研究鱼胆草中獐牙菜苦苷超声提取工艺参数。[方法]以鱼胆草中的獐牙菜苦苷提取率为考察指标，先对乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比和提取温度进行单因素试验，然后用L16（43）正交设计对提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度进行验证试验。[结果]鱼胆草中獐牙菜苦苷最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10、提取温度60 ℃、乙醇浓度10%、提取时间10 min，獐牙菜苦苷提取率达88%。[结论]此工艺简单可行、重复性好，为鱼胆草的综合开发、利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract[Objective]To optimize the technological parameters of ultrasonic extraction of swertiamarine from Swertia davidii.[Method]With extraction rate of swertiamarine as the index， single factor test was carried out， including ethanol concentration， extraction time， solidliquid ratio and extraction temperature. Then， L16 （43） orthogonal design was conducted to select the extraction temperature， solidliquid ratio and extraction temperature.[Result]The optimal extraction technology of swertiamarine from S. davidii was as follows： 1∶10 solidliquid ratio， 60 ℃ extraction temperature， 10% ethanol concentration， and 10 min extraction time. Under these conditions， the extraction rate of swertiamarine was 88%.[Conclusion]This technology is simple， feasible and repeatable， and provides theoretical foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization of S. davidii.

鱼胆草（Swertia davidii）学名称川东獐牙菜，为土家族民间常用的一种民族药，民间常称之为青鱼胆草、水黄连、水灵芝等，是龙胆科獐牙菜属植物川东獐牙菜的全草，具有清热解毒作用，民间常用于清肺热、活黄疽、恶疮疥癣、急性肠炎、菌痢等症[1]。獐牙菜苦苷（swertiamarine）是鱼胆草中主要的有效成分之一，白色片状结晶，味苦，在空气中略有吸湿性，熔点113～114 ℃，易溶于甲醇、乙醇，不溶于氯仿、石油醚，具有预防缺氧引起的大鼠肝损伤[2]、改善糖尿病性肾病变状况、抗高血脂、抑制微生物及肿瘤细胞等作用[3-5]。目前鱼胆草的文献报道逐渐增多，主要集中在其酚类物质、苷类物质和酸类物质的研究[6-8]，但针对獐牙菜苦苷的提取研究较少[9]。该研究对超声提取鱼胆草中獐牙菜苦苷方法进行考察，采用单因素试验分析乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间对獐牙菜苦苷提取效率的影响，并采用正交试验方法优化参数，确定其最佳提取工艺，以期为獐牙菜苦苷的提取技术提供理论依据。……
