摘要 针对我国农业发展面临的生产成本不断提高、耕地面积不断减少、农业资源质量下降和生态环境恶化的现状，探讨生态农业良性循环链的模式与技术，提出加强宣传引导，提高公众发展生态循环农业的意识；加快技术创新，推进生态循环农业发展；加大扶持力度，为发展循环农业创造良好环境的建议，以期为发展生态循环农业，实现农业可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract Aiming at the rising cost of production， decrease of cultivated land area， decline of agricultural resources quality and deterioration of ecological environment in China， the mode and technology of ecological agriculture benign circular chain was discussed. Several suggestions were put forward， such as strengthening propaganda and guidance to improve the public awareness of developing ecological circular agriculture； accelerating technological innovation to promote the development of ecological circular agriculture； increasing support efforts to create a favorable environment for the development of circular agriculture， so as to provide reference for developing ecological circular agriculture and realizing agriculture sustainable development.

改革开放以来，我国农业取得了长足发展，为经济社会持续健康发展提供了有力支撑，但也面临农药化肥过量投入、农业面源污染加重和农田生态环境恶化等问题。如何从自身特点出发，把传统农业的线性增长方式转变为生态优先、循环发展的生态循环经济增长方式，推动农业的可持续发展，是一项艰巨任务。20世纪80年代以来，我国生态农业建设从无到有，从小范围试验到大面积实施，初步形成了适合不同地区自然特点的良性循环技术模式，有力推动了传统农业向现代农业的转变，成为我国现代农业发展的重要方向。生态循环农业是一种新型农业发展模式，是以生态学原理及其规律为指导，以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征，按照循环模式进行生产的模式。发展生态循环农业是实现农业可持续发展的重要途径，也是推进现代农业建设的客观要求。笔者从生态农业特点入手，探讨生态农业良性循环链的模式与技术，以期为发展生态循环农业，实现农业可持续发展提供参考。……
