[摘要] 目的 总结分析相关报道中糖尿病作为子宫内膜癌患者危险因素的可靠性，从而采取相应的预防措施。 方法 该研究中的资料主要来源于pubmed文献检索数据库、万方数据库、中文期刊数据库以及CNKI数据库等，文献检索的时间从2012年2月截止到2015年12月，搜素结果中的相关数据采用Revman 5.2软件进行处理。利用优势比（OR）和95.0%可信区间表示单变量计数资料。结果 在所有搜集的资料中，满足评价标准以及排除标准文献总共有4篇报道，其中3篇为中文，1篇为外文，这4篇文章均证实了糖尿病是子宫内膜癌的一个主要危险因素。结论 糖尿病是子宫内膜癌的一个重要危险因素，对于女性糖尿病患者应重视其血糖控制，同时应定期的进行体检，做好子宫内膜癌的预防工作，降低子宫内膜癌的发病率。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize the reliability analysis of diabetes related reports as patients with endometrial cancer risk factors， to take appropriate preventive measures. Methods The data in this study are mainly derived from PubMed literature retrieval database， Wanfang database， Chinese periodical database and CNKI database， document retrieval time from February 2012 by the end of December 2015， data related to the search results in the software Revman5.2 processing. The odds ratio （OR） and 95% confidence interval of single variable count data. Results In all the collected data to meet the evaluation criteria and exclusion criteria documents a total of four reports， three Chinese， 1 is in a foreign language， the four articles of the article confirmed the diabetes is a major risk factor for endometrial cancer. Conclusion Diabetes is an important risk factor for endometrial cancer， for women with diabetes should pay attention to the control of blood glucose， and regular physical examination， do a good job of endometrial cancer prevention， reduce the incidence of endometrial cancer.

糖尿病属于临床常见病，随着现代生活水平的提高以及饮食结构的改善，糖尿病的发病率是逐年增加，对于糖尿病目前还没有根治的方法，主要是做好撑起血糖的检测，保证血糖处于正常水平。根据当前的医学研究，糖尿病对冠心病、皮肤感染、肺结核、泌尿系统感染以及视网膜病变均会产生重要影响。不仅如此，近年来有学者发现，糖尿病也是子宫内膜癌的一个重要危险因素，子宫内膜癌作为女性常见的恶性肿瘤，对患者的影响较大[1]。该文通过大量的文献检索，进一步证实了糖尿病是子宫内膜癌的重要危险因素，现就相关资料整理分析报道如下。……
