摘 要：随着经济的发展，竞争已转变为组织所在的供应链与其他供应链之间的竞争，组织的成本管理也由组织内部的成本管理向组织间成本管理延伸，跨组织成本管理作为成本的重要组成部分，其越来越受到组织的重视。文章通过对跨组织成本管理与内部成本管理、信息共享、信息集成、组织的吸收能力、行为关系因素、组织间文化一致性之间关系的研究，试图探索影响跨组织成本的相关因素，为跨组织成本管理提供一些理论上的探索。

Abstract： With the development of economy， the competition between organizations has been transformed into the supply chain and supply chain competition， organizational cost management from cost management within the organization to inter organization cost management. Inter organizational cost management as an important part of the cost， it has attracted more and more attention to the organization. Based on the research between inter organizational cost management and internal cost management， information sharing， information integration， organizational absorptive capacity， behavior factors， inter organizational culture consistency of the relationship， we attempts to explore the impact factors of inter organizational cost， and provide some theoretical exploration for the inter organizational cost management.

在日趋激烈的竞争环境中，成本管理已成为组织竞争的核心因素之一，但仅从组织内部考虑已经很难有效的解决，因此组织日益关注自身经营的外部环境，彼此间开始建立起基于供应链的、相互协作的战略伙伴关系，组织管理者也更加清醒认识到，成本降低的关键因素不仅在组织内部同时也在组织之间，组织间成本管理是降低成本的主要途径。

组织间成本管理是指组织的管理人员可以使用管理成本跨越组织边界的一系列活动、过程或技术[1]。组织间成本管理已被用于组织实现整个价值链的成本协同管理，有效的跨组织的成本管理有利于提高组织在价值链的整体表现[2]。组织间成本管理作为一种新型的管理方法逐渐受到学者和组织的关注，但是作为一个新的研究领域，组织间成本管理的研究一直较为分散，很多方面尚未达成共识，因此，了解哪些因素和跨组织成本有着较密切的关系，并可能影响和如何影响跨组织成本管理，是十分重要的。……
