摘 要：精品课程建设是国家实施质量工程的重要内容，精品课程优质资源共享是国家推进精品课程建设的出发点。文章首先对精品课程优质资源共建共享的作用进行分析，在此基础上分析了《采购与供应管理》精品课程在共建共享过程中存在的问题，并构建了《采购与供应管理》精品课程共建共享体系。

Abstract： Excellent course construction is an important part of the national implementation of quality engineering. Resource of good quality sharing is the starting point of promoting construction of excellent courses. On the basis of the analysis of the role of excellent resources co-construction and sharing， The paper proposes existing problems of purchasing and supply management in the process of co-construction and sharing. Finally we built purchasing and supply management excellent course co-construction and sharing system.

自2003年教育部启动“高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程”精品课程建设工作以来，精品课程建设在各大高校逐渐兴起。经过十多年的发展与探索，精品课程对推进我国高等教育制度改革、教学方法革新、网络资源共享等方面起到了积极的作用，基本上形成了“校级—省级—国家级”精品课程体系。本文基于《采购与供应管理》课程的特点，结合当前企业对采购专业人才的需求，探索《采购与供应管理》精品课程建设与共享模式，以期为相关物流管理专业精品课程的建设提供有益的参考，从而全面提高物流管理专业的教学质量与效果。

1 精品课程资源共建共享的作用

利用现代信息技术将精品资源上传至网络，对校内、校际乃至全社会开放，将课程资源的利用率达到最高，让尽可能多的人群受益，精品课程资源的共建与共享具有重要的意义。

1.1 全面提高教学质量。精品课程是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程，代表了课程建设的最高水平。……
