摘 要：依次构建了基础设施提供商和应用服务提供商分散决策时的利润模型，集中决策下的利润模型以及成本分担机制下的利润模型。研究发现，在集中决策下，供应链整体利润和各主体利润都得到了提高，但是，应用服务提供商的成本也增加了；在基于成本分担机制下的集中决策模型下，供应链整体以及各个主体的利润不仅得到了提高，而且激励了应用服务提供商；当契约参数在允许范围能变动时，基础设施提供商和应用服务提供商的利润也随之变动。最后通过算例验证了模型的可行性。

Abstract： In this paper， we established the profit model for infrastructure providers and application service providers， who made separate decision， who made centralized decision and the profit model under the cost-sharing mechanisms. The research found that the profit of supply chain has increased as well as the subjects， but the cost of application service providers has also increased； not only the profit of supply chain and the subjects increased but also application service providers has been encouraged； when the parameters of contract changed， the profit of infrastructure providers and application service providers followed the changes. Finally， an example has verified the feasibility of the model.

0 引 言

云计算是由分布式计算、并行处理、网络计算发展来的一种新兴商业计算模式[1]。随着云计算的发展，云服务的出现将人们从以桌面系统为中心的应用模式转变为以网络为中心的应用模式，这种变革不仅促使人们改变了对计算机的使用方式，还将从根本上改变人们获取信息、交流信息和保存信息的方式，甚至还将席卷一场IT服务供应链的变革。云服务在商业圈内逐步形成了一种新型供应链模式，在新的供应链模式下，云服务供应链成为新兴供应关系的研究热点。云服务供应链是近年来由业界提出的一个新的概念，但由于在云服务供应链中各个成员的自利性行为以及信息不对称等原因，导致供应链局部成员的决策与供应链整体决策相冲突，因此必须建立有效的机制对供应链进行协调。……
