摘 要：现阶段集装箱运输的优势越来越明显，集装箱运输水平已成为衡量一个国家物流业水平的主要标准之一。创新开发特殊工业集装箱运输就是建立有别于现有普通常规集装箱的特殊工业集装箱产业链，把目前不能使用集装箱运输的工业大宗货物：如焦炭、煤、化肥、盐、水泥、某些矿石、生铁块、废钢铁等纳入集装箱运输，为具有快捷、经济、环保、安全、便利的适合于多式联运的集装箱运输提供广阔的发展空间，全面提升我国工业企业的物流现代化水平，促进社会经济发展。打造出特殊工业集装箱运输产业链是我国目前一个迫切需要解决和实施的重大课题。

Abstract： Container at this stage of the nomadic advantage more and more obvious， level of container transportation has become the main measure of a country level of logistics industry. Innovation special industrial container transport development is different from the existing ordinary regular container special industrial chain， the now can't use container transport industrial commodities， such as： coke， coal， cement， chemical fertilizer， salt， some ore， pig iron， iron and steel scrap into the container transport， such as for a fast， economic， environmental protection， safe， convenient， suitable for multimodal transport container transport provide broad space for development， improve logistics level of modernization of industrial enterprises in our country， promote social and economic development. Make a special industrial container transport chain is an urgent solution and implementation in our country at present the major issue.

1 创新开发特殊工业集装箱运输的定义

集装箱是一种全球性的重要物流方式，这种方式越是普及，适箱货物越多，越能体现其快速、安全、经济的优越性，实践中已经得到充分的证明。创新开发特殊工业集装箱运输就是建立有别于现有普通常规集装箱的特殊工业集装箱产业链，把现在不能使用集装箱运输的工业大宗货物如：焦炭、煤、化肥、盐、水泥、某些矿石、生铁块、废钢铁等纳入集装箱运输。创新开发特殊工业集装箱产业链后加上现有的普通常规集装箱运输，可以使除了少量鲜活产品和危险货物外的其它货物都能通过集装箱运输，集装箱运输将迎来一个全新发展的新时代。
