整合优质资源建设高水平海洋实验教学中心

摘要：文章结合浙江大学海洋实验教学中心建设过程中的经验，介绍了中心在整合校区资源、完善管理机制、实验室队伍建设等方面的有益探索与实践。旨在加快实验室建设和实验教学改革，促进优质资源整合和共享，建设有海洋特色的实验课程，培养有动手能力和创新精神的高素质海洋领域高端人才。

Abstract:Based on the experience of the construction of the marine experimental teaching center of Zhejiang University，this paper introduces the beneficial exploration and practice of the center in the aspects of integrating resources，improving the management mechanism and the construction of laboratory staff.Aims to accelerate the development of laboratory construction and experiment teaching reform，promote quality resources integration and sharing，building a marine characteristics of experiment course，cultivate the practical ability and innovative spirit of high-quality marine field of high-end talent.

引言

在国家大力发展海洋事业，重视海洋战略意义的大背景下，浙江大学海洋学院应运而生。浙江大学与舟山市政府合作共建的浙江大学舟山校区于2015年9月9日正式启用，浙江大学海洋学院搬迁至中国第一大群岛和重要港口城市浙江省舟山市。从无到有的探索是艰难的，但同时也将具有划时代的意义，身负为国家输送海洋综合型人才的重任。实验教学作为能力培养的重要手段，其内涵建设再度被人们所重视［1］。为培养一流海洋人才亟需打造高水平的海洋实验教学中心。

一、重视实验教学，实验课程数量增长迅速

海洋学院的四个本科专业，海洋工程与技术专业、港口航道与海岸工程专业、船舶与海洋工程专业和海洋科学，均极为重视对学生动手能力的培养。在各自培养方案的修订中，设计了许多实验教学内容，实验课程数量和要求都大为增加。……
