建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式下的课程体系研究

摘要：高职建筑工程技术专业人才培养存在课程体系缺乏弹性、实训基地所限、缺乏专业的实验实训室及配套的软件，课程体系缺乏反映节能建筑及信息化管理的前沿技术等困难。新疆生产建设兵团兴新职业技术学院对建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制进行了试点研究，创新了“三段强化培养、校企季节轮换”的工学结合的人才培养模式，构建“以施工员岗位为核心，以施工过程为导向，以岗位能力为主”的课程体系，系统创新教学方法。

Abstract:The vocational school talent-training in construction engineering technology major lacks flexibility，laboratory and training room and matching soft ware and advanced technologies reflecting energy-saving building and information management.Xingxin Vocational Technology College in Xinjiang production and construction corps carries out pilot studies on the modern apprenticeship of construction engineering technology major，which innovates the work-learning integrated talent-training model of"Three period of intensive cultivation，School enterprise season rotation"and constructs the curriculum system that"Take the position of workers as the core，Take the construction process as the guidance，Take the position ability as the major".Finally，the teaching method is innovated systematically.

为贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会和全国职业教育工作会议精神，根据《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》（教职成〔2014〕9号）有关要求，加强校企合作，补充完善校企合作育人机制，创新建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式，探素现代学徒制是当代职业教育的重中之重。现代学徒制是学校教师、带班师傅交替教学传授技能的培养方式，在实际生产过程中通过师傅言传身教带领徒弟共同学习以培养技能型人才的模式。
