高等职业教育课程开发与建设的路径探索
——以国家级精品课程《中医诊断学》为例*

摘要：高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，也是一个相对独立的教育系统，职业教育发展是政府和社会关注的热点，职业教育的课程开发是职业教育的核心问题。课题组通过查阅资料、调查研究、对比分析等途径对课程开发与建设的路径进行研究，形成能力本位课程的开发设计路径，文章以学校开发建设国家级精品课程《中医诊断学》为例，将此路径进行阐释。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and also is relatively independent in the education system.The development of vocational educationis a focus issue of the government and society，and the curriculum development of vocational education is the core problem.Our team researches the method of the curriculum development and construction by way of looking up some information，surveying and researching，comparing and analyzing，etc.And finally we find out the development and design method of competence courses. This paper explains the method by taking Diagnostics of TCM as example which is a national-level excellent course.

课程是使学生达到教育目的的手段，课程问题在任何一个教育体系都居于中心地位。高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，职业教育发展是政府和社会关注的热点，职业教育的课程开发是职业教育的核心问题，也是教学改革的重点和难点。国家教育部《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》（教高［2006］16号）对高等职业教育课程建设提出了明确要求，指出：高等职业院校要积极与行业企业合作开发课程，根据技术领域和职业岗位（群）的任职要求，参照相关的职业资格标准，改革课程体系和教学内容。建立突出职业能力培养的课程标准，规范课程教学的基本要求，提高课程教学质量。

为完成教育部对高职教育课程建设的要求，提高课程教学质量，课题组通过查阅资料、调查研究、对比分析等途径对课程开发与建设的路径进行研究，形成能力本位课程的开发设计程序，如图1所示。……
