大类招生模式下海洋类专业核心课程构建*

摘要：海洋作为国家的发展战略，重要性不言而喻，但是海洋类人才的缺乏也是目前高等教育面临的问题。大类招生模式符合我国高等教育改革的趋势，需要使学生先具备一定的知识基础之后再选择适合自己的专业，因此，核心课程的构建尤为重要。文章根据上海海洋大学海洋科学学院的特色，考虑21世纪国家对海洋类业人才专业素质的要求，结合学院海洋类招生后课程设置现状，介绍了海洋类专业的核心课程体系设置。

Abstract:Ocean as a national development strategy is very important.However，lack of marine talents is the problem that higher education is facing currently.The classified enrollment mode is adapted fo rthe trend of higher education reform in our country，which needs to make students have a certain knowledge base and then choose their own proper specialty.Therefore，the construction of core courses is very important.According to the characteristics of Shanghai Ocean University Institute of Marine Scienceand requirements toward professional qualities of ocean industry's talents in the 21st century，the paper introduces core curriculum system of marine specialty based on the present situation of marine curriculum after the enrollment of marine specialty.

众所周知，21世纪是海洋的世纪，世界上各沿海国家都很重视海洋的开发，将海洋开发列入国家发展战略。我国也是海洋大国，拥有300万平方公里的海域和32000公里的海岸线（其中大陆海岸线为18000公里）。但是，我国从事海洋方面的技术人员却远远满足不了开发利用海洋资源，发展海洋经济的需求［1］。

高等学校具有培养人才、科学研究、服务社会三大职能。目前国内以海洋命名的高校只有少数几所，开设涉海专业的高校也只有四十余所。如何设置和优化海洋类专业，适应海洋开发战略和高等教育发展的需求，为培养优秀的海洋类专业人才，切实为我国海洋开发战略提供人才保障是目前海洋类高校迫切需要解决的问题。

一、国家和社会对海洋类人才的需求

《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》提出的发展目标，将海洋作为重点领域，指出了该领域急需大批紧缺人才，这给海洋高等教育发展的发展提供了一个契机。……
