创新创业环境下“大材料学科”创新人才培养模式探索*

摘要：阐述创新创业教育环境下，高校“大材料学科”研究生教育中人才培养模式与目的的改革与创新。对研究生创新教育的三个基本要素进行讨论，分析国外创新创业教育的实施方式与策略，从“大材料学科”视角，探讨研究生创新创业人才培养目的及培养模式确立、学位课程培养方案与课程体系设计、教学内容与教学模式改革、教学质量评价体系与指标制订与实施。

关键词：材料学；创新创业；人才培养模式；研究生教育

Abstract:Personnel cultivating mode and purpose were discussed in graduate innovative education of"large materials subject"based on innovation and entrepreneurship education.Three basic elements in Graduate Innovative Education were discussed.Embodiment and Tactics in foreign country's innovation and entrepreneurship education were analyzed.From"large materials subject"perspective，personnel cultivating mode and cultivating purpose in graduate innovative education were set up.Degree Courses cultivating scheme and curriculum system were designed.Teaching content and teaching mode were innovation..Teaching Quality Evaluation System and key performance indicator were formulated and implemented.

1997年，清华大学开展的大学生创新创业教育，为我国高等教育改革引入一股新风，彻底改变了人们的教育理念，也拉开了中国高校创新创业教育的大幕［1］。2008年，国家教育部实施国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）的制定工作，将培养创新型和个性化大学生作为高等院校人才培养的重要方针，首次提出我国高等院校要培养创新创业人才［2］。2012年，国家教育部颁布《普通本科学校创业教育教学基本要求（试行）》，首次对我国高等院校创新创业人才培养与教学标准做出系统规范要求，将创新创业教育视为我国高等教育的一个关键部分［3］。举目看世界，各国政府和教育主管部门都已将创新创业教育视为本国高等教育的关键组成部分和发展推动力，得到高度重视［4-8］。……
