水涝胁迫下欧李叶片内还原性糖的变化

摘 要:为研究欧李叶片内水涝胁迫下还原性糖的变化,从事先准备好的欧李中取样,用硫酸-苯酚定糖法测定欧李叶片中还原性糖,与对照比较还原糖的变化。结果显示,欧李叶片内还原性糖含量在水涝胁迫下先增多,而后再减少。研究认为欧李叶片内还原性糖的变化,使欧李对水涝胁迫产生了抗性。

Changes of the Reducing Sugar in Prunus humilis Leaves under Waterlogging Stress

Abstract: The changes of the reducing sugar in leaves of Prunus humilis were studied. Reducing sugar was isolated from leaves of Prunus humilis, and changes of the reducing sugar was detected by the method of phenol- sulfuric acid in the waterlogging stress. The results showed that the content of the reducing sugar was increased in the early stage but decreased in the later during waterlogging stress. The changes of reducing sugar could reflect the physiological changes and this can provide theoretical basis for introducing the Prunus humilis.

随着全球气候不断上升,海啸、洪水等灾害的爆发频率不断增加,世界各国在防涝抗洪、水土保持等问题的研究上注入大量金钱和精力。我国一直以来都是个洪涝灾难比较严重的国家,有将近2/3的土地受到不同程度的涝害,严重影响我国国民的生活[1]。植物对水分的需求有一定的标准,水分过多或者过少都会对植物的新陈代谢、光合作用等造成一定的影响。植物过度地受到水涝胁迫,可能使其发芽率降低、生长不好,甚至烂苗[2],并且水涝胁迫会严重影响植物的生长发育,使其遗传潜力难以发挥。水涝胁迫不但影响植物的产量,而且限制了植物的广泛分布。因而,开展植物水涝胁迫研究,可以了解和研究植物对水涝胁迫的响应机制,从而为合理选择性和定向培育耐涝新品种提供理论依据。
