3个络石品种叶片色素含量与呈色的关系

摘 要:以络石、黄金络石和花叶络石为试验材料,测定了不同部位叶片的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的含量,探讨同一种内不同部位叶片内色素含量的分布差异,对不同种间色素含量进行比较。结果表明:花叶络石、黄金络石叶片的花色苷、类胡萝卜素相对含量较高,络石叶片叶绿素含量最高;从不同取样部位来看,类胡萝卜素和花色苷含量基本表现为基部>中部>顶部叶片,而叶绿素含量则相反;花色苷/总叶绿素较高时,植株叶片表现为紫或暗红色斑块,而类胡萝卜素/总叶绿素较高时,则植株叶片表现为黄色或黄色斑块。

Correlation between Leaf Color and Pigment Composition of Three Trachelospermum sp.

Abstract: This study took Trachelospermum jasminoides, Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishikiand Trachelospermum jasminoides‘Variegatum as test materials. The leaf chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin cntent of leaves were measured and the relationship between the leaves color and the content of pigmets was also explored. The results showed that the content of anthocyanins and carotenoids of Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishikiand Trachelospermum jasminoides‘Variegatum were higher relatively while the chlorophyll content of Trachelospermum jasminoides leaves was the highest. The order of carotenoids and anthocyanins content of leaves were at stem base > at the central > at the top of the plant, however the chlorophyll content was apposite. When the ratio of anthocyanins/chlorophyll was higher, there were purple or dark red patches on plant leaves. There were yellow or yellow patches on leaves while the ration of the carotenoid/chlorophyll was higher.

络石(Trachelospermum jasminoides)、黄金络石(Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki)和花叶络石(Trachelospermum jasminoides‘Variegatum)均为夹竹桃科络石属常绿藤本。其中花叶络石是近年从日本引进的优良色叶植物,叶色丰富,色彩斑斓。黄金络石的新叶黄色至橙黄色,老叶有黄绿色斑块,叶色绚丽多彩。络石藤蔓攀绕,四季常青,花白如雪,芳香清幽,集绿化、美化和香花为一体。这3种植物均是园林中常见的攀援绿化植物,是立体绿化的优良材料,园林中应用非常广泛。目前,国内外对于络石的研究主要集中于络石藤的药理作用和繁育方面[1-2],对于黄金络石、花叶络石的研究则主要是组织培养及快繁等方面[3-5],同时也开展了少量的生理指标及光合特性等方面的研究[6-7]。而对于黄金络石、花叶络石等种的叶片色素含量、叶片呈色等方面的研究则未见报道。……p>
