摘 要 2型糖尿病因其发病率和患病率不断上升，已经成为严重威胁人类健康的第三大杀手。随着糖尿病患病率不断增高，糖尿病患者呈现多样化的特点。针对不同人群的特点和对血糖的控制要求，多项国际指南均强调以“患者为中心”的治疗理念，即个体化治疗。本文对个体化治疗在2型糖尿病管理中的应用研究进展情况做一简要概述。

ABSTRACT Because of the rising of its incidence and prevalence， type 2 diabetes has become the third killer which seriously threatens the health of mankind. With the increasing prevalence of diabetes mellitus， the diabetes patients present a variety of characteristics. According to the characteristics of different groups and the requirement of blood glucose control， a number of international guidelines have emphasized the concept of “patients as the “center”， that is individual treatments. This article briefly summarizes the research progress of the application of individual treatments in the management of type 2 diabetes.

糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌代谢病，目前已成为严重威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一，患者群正在全世界范围内快速扩大[1]，2013年国际糖尿病联盟公布中国糖尿病患者已达到9 840万，居全球首位[2]。随着糖尿病患病率不断攀升，糖尿病患者呈现多样化特点。针对不同人群的特点和对血糖的控制要求，多项国际指南均强调以“患者为中心”的治疗理念，即个体化治疗。设定个体化的血糖控制目标和治疗方案。个体化医疗指选择合适的药物和剂量，在合适的时间治疗合适的患者。医生在为患者治疗的过程中，需要在标准化的基础上再配合两个层面的个体化：血糖控制目标的个体化设定和治疗的个体化选择，确保血糖稳定达标，减少并发症的发生。

国际糖尿病联盟2005年全球糖尿病治疗指南和2007年中国2型糖尿病防治指南均指出糖尿病的治疗应体现个体化。临床糖尿病治疗中，针对远期效应的强化降糖作用，糖尿病……
