摘 要 目的：观察滚针拔罐治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：收集2014年5月—2015年11月就诊的颈型颈椎病患者150例，分为观察组75例，给予滚针拔罐治疗，对照组75例，给予单纯拔罐治疗，疗程均为14 d。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）观察两组治疗后症状缓解情况。结果：治疗前观察组和对照组的VAS评分分别为（5.77±1.20）分和（5.75±1.22）分，治疗后分别为（1.32±1.41）分和（3.85±1.72）分，两组治疗后VAS评分均明显低于治疗前（P<0.05），观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：滚针拔罐可有效治疗颈型颈椎病。

Clinical observation of rolling needle and cupping in the treatment of 75 cases of cervical spondylopathy

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of rolling needle and cupping in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy. Methods： From May 2014 to Nov. 2015， 150 cases of cervical spondylopathy were selected and divided into an observation group with 75 cases who were treated with rolling needle and cupping， and a control group with 75 cases who were treated with cupping alone. The treatment course was 14 days for both groups. Visual analogue scale（VAS）was used to observe the relieved symptoms after the treatment in the two groups. Results： Before the treatment， VAS scores was 5.77±1.20 in the treatment group and 5.75±1.22 in the control group. After the treatment， VAS scores was1.32±1.41 in the treatment group and 3.85±1.72 in the control group. The VAS score was significantly lower after the treatment in comparision with before treatment in both groups（P<0.05）， and it was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control one（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Rolling needle and cupping can effectively treat cervical spondylopathy.

近年来，由于计算机互联网及智能手机的普及，颈椎病发病呈年轻化趋势，发病人群亦由过去高危人群（驾驶员和长期伏案工作者）扩大到普通人群。颈椎病是常见病，指颈椎骨质增生、颈项韧带钙化、颈椎间盘萎缩退化等改变，刺激或压迫颈部神经、脊髓、血管而产生的一系列症状和体征的综合征。其中颈型以颈项部疼痛为首发症状，病程较长者可有颈部僵硬及异常响声；体征可见头向患侧倾斜，颈生理弧度前凸，颈肌紧张，患部有明显的压痛点，X线检查见轻度或中度颈椎退变[1]。长期以来，中医治疗颈椎病疗效肯定，尤其刺络放血疗法对治疗颈型颈椎病效果更是显著，虽然传统针刺、三棱针、小针刀、七星针对单一部位放血治疗效果显著，但存在循经放血治疗操作不便、对机体损伤较大、患者无法耐受等缺点。滚针放血拔罐法操作简单，可以循经治疗，对人体刺激小，无明显不良反应。本文采用该法治疗颈型颈椎病，获得满意疗效。……
