摘 要 为了衡量我校医学生对内科学理论知识的掌握程度，以便进一步提高教学质量。通过对我校2011级临床医学专业130名学生的内科学试卷进行分析，对试卷命题质量、难度等进行统计分析。结果提示本次考试呈偏态分布，平均成绩76.84分，标准差9.3分，平均难度为0.77，总区分度为0.21，可信度0.83，试卷覆盖度较好。此次试题命题难度适中，区分度可，可信度及覆盖度较好，较准确反映了学生实际掌握内科学理论知识的水平；通过对此次分析我们发现虽然大部分同学对重点难点理论知识掌握较好，对某些知识点掌握欠佳，需要教师在以后教学中加强病例实际分析联系，理论联系实际。

Abstract To measure the extent of our medical students mastering the knowledge of internal medicine，and to identify the problems during the teaching process and help for further improvement of the teaching work. We analyzed the 130 internal medicine examination papers of grade 2011. The result showed skewed distribution， the average score is 76.84 points， standard deviation is 9.3， average difficulty is 0.77， total discrimination is 0.21 and credibility is 0.83. The proposition is moderate difficult， discrimination， reliability and coverage are well. The examination paper accurately reflects the knowledge of our students. Through this analysis， we found that although most of the students have mastered the key？points， our teachers need to strengthen the relation between theory and practice.

内科学是临床医学的基础，是所有医学院最传统的一门必修课程，也是每一位医学生的最重要的理论及实践科目。本课程的教学目的是使学生学习、巩固内科学的基本知识及基本技能，注重理论联系实际，是医学生走向医生的第一步。考试是测量学生学习效果的一种最有效、最常用的方法，是评价教师教学水平和教学质量的方法之一，也是筛选高质量试题的有效手段。①我们通过考试及试卷分析可以发现学生对知识的掌握情况、发现教学过程的不足，进而改进教学方式，提高教学水平，并对学生学习的难点进行有针对性的指导；教学管理人员通过试卷分析可以对教师的教学效果和教学水平进行反馈与评估，为进行教学质量监控提供全面而有效的依据。……
