[摘 要] 随着互联网技术不断演变，社交媒体凭借移动互联网的技术支持和智能设备的广泛应用，也随之迅速发展起来。微信作为新媒体的典型代表，其微信红包、微信代购、零钱提现功能成为微信消费功能的主要构成部分，并得到广大用户的认可。通过分析发现“零钱提现”受零钱存放安全性影响较大，此政策的施行控制资金在微信平台流通，减少用户提现，减少资金外流，促进微信资金在此平台加速流转以及团队融资推广;微信红包、代购、零钱提现三者循环流通，促进微信资金的充分流转，微信红包、代购、零钱提现三者相互联系、促进，带动微信中的资金开始逐渐流通，进而通过不断循环流转，使微信资金得到充分利用。

Wechat Development with Funds Movement： an Investigation Based on Red Pocket Function， Purchasing Agent and Withdraw Deposit through Wechat

Abstract： With the evolution of Internet technology， online social media grows rapidly supporting by the technology and the popularity of intelligent device. Wechat is a typical example of new media. The red pocket， purchasing agent and withdrawal of small money functions are the main component of the consumption function of Wechat， which has earned the recognition of the vast users. It is found that small money withdrawal function is largely influenced by the deposit security of small money. The function controls cash to circulate on the Wechat platform， reduces user withdraw the deposit and drain of capital， accelerate the fund flow on the platform， and facilitate the popularization of team financing. Fund circulates on the Wechat platform，in terms of red packet， purchasing agent and small money withdrawal functions. The three functions correlate with and boost the development of one another， driving the flow of capital for the full utilization of capital on the Wechat platform.

一、微信發展历程及现状描述

2014年春节前夕，微信群中抢“新年红包”呈现刷屏之势[1]，微信作为一个支付消费的平台逐渐出现在人们的视野之中。另外，微信提供电商平台，O2O商务模式（支付模式和为店主创造客流量的一种结合）也在微信中兴起[2]。自2016年3月1日起，微信官方出台提现收取手续费政策。此政策的实施引发了广大用户的热议。事实证明，微信红包、微信代购、零钱提现对广大微信用户影响巨大，用户在微信中所拥有资金，在以上三个方面运动流转，带动电子经济的发展，促进国民消费。
