[摘要] 目的 该研究主要探讨人性化护理干预在核医学科中应用的价值。方法 在该院核医学科2013年1月—2015年10月期间所收治的检查患者中选取200例作为该研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予人性化护理和常规护理，观察比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度为98.0%，对照组患者的护理满意度为80.0%，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 该研究结果表明，给予核医学科检查患者人性化护理干预，有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度，促进和谐的护患关系，值得大力推广应用。

Application of Humanistic Nursing in Nuclear Medicine

[Abstract] Objective This paper mainly discusses the application value of humanistic nursing intervention in nuclear medicine. Methods 200 cases underwent examination in Department of Nuclear Medicine of our hospital between January 2013 and October 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group， treated by humanistic nursing and conventional nursing， respectively. And the level of satisfaction with nursing was compared between the two groups. Results The level of satisfaction with nursing was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group （98.0% vs 80.0%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The study results show that for patients undergoing nuclear medicine check， humanistic nursing intervention is conducive to improving the level of satisfaction with nursing， promoting the harmonious nurse-patient relationship， so it is worthy of vigorous application and promotion.

由于患者对核医学科非常陌生，对注入体内的放射性药物存在顾虑，担心药物会存在毒副作用，所以会产生排斥、恐惧的心理，从而影响到患者检查的顺利进行。人性化护理是以患者为中心，站在患者的角度上实施优质护理，近年来，人性化护理干预已经在医院各个科室得到广泛的应用[1]。由于核医学科科室的特殊性，在该院核医学科2013年1月—2015年10月期间所收治的检查患者中选取200例作为该研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予不同的护理方式，观察比较两组患者的护理满意度差异，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
