[摘要] 目的 该研究主要探讨奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 该院在2014年1月—2015年10月期间共收治了69例急性脑梗死患者，从中选取60例作为此次研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。分别给予奥扎格雷钠和奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗前后的NIHSS评分和Bathel指数。结果 观察组患者治疗第2、4、12周的NIHSS评分分别为（7.4±2.7）分、（2.8±1.4）分、（2.2±1.3）分，Bathel指数分别为（46.4±17.4）、（77.2±15.8）、（87.7±12.6）；对照组患者治疗第2、4、12周的NIHSS评分分别为（8.6±3.7）分、（4.7±2.3）分、（3.8±1.5）分，Bathel指数分别为（42.3±14.4）、（62.6±14.7）、（74.9±15.9）。两组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分和Bathel指数差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 该研究结果表明，临床治疗急性脑梗死患者时，应给予患者奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗，效果更好，值得大力推广应用。

Evaluation of Curative Effect of Sodium Ozagrel Combined with Edaravone in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of patients were selected as the research object from the 69 cases with acute cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group were treated with sodium ozagrel， the observation group were treated with sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone， the NIHSS scores and Bathel indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The NIHSS scores after 2 weeks， 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were respectively （7.4±2.7）， （2.8±1.4） and （2.2±1.3） in the observation group and （8.6±3.7）， （4.7±2.3） and （3.8±1.5） in the control group， the Bathel indexes after 2 weeks， 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were respectively （46.4±17.4）， （77.2±15.8） and （87.7±12.6） in the observation group and （42.3±14.4）， （62.6±14.7） and （74.9±15.9） in the control group， there were obvious differences in the NIHSS score and Bathel index between the two groups after treatment with statistical significance P<0.05. Conclusion The research Results show that sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has a better effect in clinic， which is worth great promotion and application.

目前，临床治疗急性脑梗死的主要药物就是奥扎格雷钠和依达拉奉，单独使用奥扎格雷钠效果不理想，所以临床开始尝试两种药物联合应用。该研究在该院2014年1月—2015年10月期间收治的急性脑梗死炎患者中选取60例作为研究对象，分为两组，分别给予不同的药物进行治疗，探讨奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果，结果较为满意，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
