摘 要 手术室药房虽是最近几年初建但意义重大，本文通过明确手术室药房新的业务流程、识别和控制操作流程中可能存在的风险、不断完善规章制度、保证执行力及强化日常质量控制检查等方面进行论述，系统阐述了建立手术室药房，改变手术药品管理模式，保证手术用药更加安全、有效。

Discussion about the change of management mode for surgical medication

ABSTRACT The surgical pharmacy has great significance though it is established in resent years. This article discusses the methods for the risk control of the surgical pharmacy， its business process and possible risk control， the continuous improvement of the rules and regulation to ensure their implementation and strengthen the monitoring of daily operation. The change of management mode for surgical medication can guarantee the safer and more effective use of medicines in the operating room.

我院是一家三级甲等专科医院，共有核定床位820张，年门诊量135万人次，住院患者4.84万人次，分娩数达1.6万人次。近10年来，产科分娩数从每年3 570例上升至1.6万例，几乎翻了5倍。随着全面放开二胎政策的落实，新一轮生育高峰的到来，手术室的工作量不断增加。由于手术用药的不可预知性，为了确保手术用药的安全、有效、经济，贯彻落实2010年上海市麻醉质量控制中心和上海市临床药事质量控制中心共同制定的《手术室药品的使用和管理规范》[1]，我院于2012年初结合妇产科具体情况，制定完善了药品管理及使用制定，建立了具有专科医院特色的手术药品管理新模式[2]。本文从手术室药房新的业务流程、识别和控制操作流程中可能存在的风险、不断完善规章制度、保证执行力及强化日常质量控制检查等方面进行探讨。

1 手术室药房建立后新的业务流程

1）根据我院实际情况与麻醉科共同协商制定药品基数清单，共同管理药品，如果药品基数有变动，需双方科主任协商同意并签字、备案方可更改药箱基数。……
