2012—2014年解放军第264医院麻醉科用药情况分析

摘要目的：分析解放军第264医院(以下简称“我院”)2012—2014年麻醉科常用药品的使用情况及用药趋势，为促进合理用药提供参考。方法：采用用药频度、限定日费用、药物利用指数以及排序比对我院麻醉科2012—2014年常用药品的使用数量、销售金额进行统计，分析临床应用情况。结果：我院麻醉科药品常用药品消耗呈现逐年上升的趋势，其中静脉麻醉及辅助药品、凝血及扩充血容量药品的销售金额所占比例较大，用药频度排在前3位的药品依次为依托咪酯脂肪乳注射液、注射用血凝酶、盐酸罗哌卡因。结论：我院麻醉科用药基本合理，但尚需进一步规范。

Analysis on Drug Use in Anesthesiology Department of the 264th Hospital of PLA during 2012-2014

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE：To analyze the application status and commonly used drugs trend in anesthesiology department of the 264th Hospital of PLA(hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) during 2012—2014, and to provide reference for the rational drug use. METHODS: Statistical analysis was conducted on the application data of drug’s consumption amount and consumption sum in terms of the defined daily dose system(DDDs), defined daily cost(DDC) and drug use index(DUI) in anesthesiology department during 2012—2014. RESULTS: The consumption of commonly used drugs in anesthesiology department were in a increasing trend year by year, among which the consumption sum of intravenous anesthesia and auxiliary drugs, coagulation and expansion of blood volume drugs accounted for a larger proportion. The top 3 drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively etomidate fat emulsion injection, hemocoagulase arox for injection and ropivacaine hydrochloride. CONCLUSIONS: The drug use in anesthesiology department of our hospital is basically rational, yet it still needs to be further standardized.

解放军第264医院(以下简称“我院”)是一所综合性的三级甲等医院，麻醉科是医院一个重要的职能科室，随着麻醉技术的发展，麻醉方法及其辅助用药也在不断的更新换代，手术费用增高的同时，药品销售金额也在逐步增加，本调查对我院2012—2014年麻醉科手术室常用药品的使用数量、销售金额以及用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)进行分析，以便及时了解麻醉科用药情况以及发展趋势，为临床用药提供合理的参考。

1资料与方法

使用医院计算机系统对我院2012—2014年麻醉科手术室常用药品名称、规格、单价、年使用量、以及年销售金额等进行统计。……
