氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗青年高血压病的疗效观察

摘要目的：探讨氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗青年高血压病的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年9月—2015年3月北京军区原北戴河疗养院收治的150例青年高血压病患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组，每组各50例。对照1组患者单用氨氯地平治疗，对照2组患者单用美托洛尔治疗，观察组患者采用氯胺地平+美托洛尔联合治疗。观察3组患者的疗效、血压及心率变化、不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50)，明显高于对照1组的86.00(43/50)、对照2组的84.00%(42/50)，且不良反应发生率明显低于对照1组、对照2组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗青年高血压病疗效显著，副作用少，且对患者心率无不良影响，值得临床推广。

Observation on Efficacy of Amlodipine Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Young Hypertension

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in treatment of young hypertension.METHODS:150 cases of young hypertension admitted into Beijing Military Region of Beidaihe Nursing Home from Sept. 2014 to Mar. 2015 were selected to be divided into control group one，control group two and observation group via the random number table，with 50 cases in each. The control group one were given ammonia amlodipine，the control group two were treated with metoprolol and the observation group received ammonia amlodipine combined with metoprolol. The efficacy，changes of blood pressure and heart rate and incidence of side reactions were observed in three group of patients. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that of control group one [86.00%(43/50)] and control group two [84.00%(42/50)]，the incidence of side reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group one and control group two，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in treatment of young hypertension is significant， with few side reactions，and has no bad effects on patients. It is worthy of promotion and application.

高血压病是危害人类健康的常见疾病，可诱发心、肾、脑等重要器官病变[1-2]。因此，必须加强对血压的控制，以降低心血管并发症发生率与病死率[3]。氨氯地平与美托洛尔均为常用的降压药物，国内关于这两种药物治疗高血压病的的报道较多，表明了氨氯地平与美托洛尔在治疗心血管疾病方面的重要价值[4-5]。北京军区原北戴河疗养院(以下简称“我院”)于2014年9月—2015年3月应用氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗青年高血压病患者，取得了满意效果，现报告如下。……
