摘 要：根据天津市13个固定气象站的观测资料，分析2015—2016年冬季天津市的气温、日照、降水3个气象要素的变化趋势和特点，并与历史同期气候条件进行对比，分析冬季农业气候条件对冬小麦和设施农业生产的影响，得出“整个冬季未发生严重灾害性天气，农业气象条件整体较为有利。冬小麦带绿安全越冬，设施农业生产正常”的结论，同时提出相应的农事生产建议。

Analysis of Agro-meteorological Conditions in the Winter of 2015—2016 in Tianjin

Abstract： According to 13 meteorological stations in Tianjin， the characteristics and trend of temperature， sunshine and precipitation were analyzed and compared with the same period in history. Agro-meteorological conditions were analyzed and the conclusions as below： disastrous weather was not occurred during whole winter. Agro-meteorological conditions were positive. Winter wheat lived through the winter safety with green. The production of facility agriculture keeps normal. The suggestions of agricultural production were proposed in the last.

1 2016年冬季气候概况

2015—2016年冬季，全市平均气温-1.1 ℃，较常年偏高0.8 ℃；各区县平均气温-2.3（宝坻）～0.6 ℃（市区）。季内气温呈“U”型变化，受强冷空气影响，2016年1月23日全市平均气温-14.1 ℃，各区县-13.0（静海）～-14.8 ℃（宁河、北辰），大部分地区为1961年以来最低值。其余时段气温较常年偏高。

全市平均降水量18.1 mm，较常年（10.4 mm）偏多约70%，各区县降水量14.4（宁河）～22.8 mm（市区）。季内降水前少后多，其中2月仅12—13日出现一次雨雪天气过程，全市平均降水量15.6 mm，较常年（4.2 mm）偏多2.7倍，为自1999年以来的第2位。

全市平均日照时数530.1 h，各区县日照时数473.5 h（西青）～581.5 h（宝坻），日照前少后多，总体接近常年略偏多。其中2015年12月全市平均日照时数121.8 h，较常年偏少43.6 h，列1961年以来历史同期低值第3位。

2 2016年春季气候预测

预计2016年春季（3—5月份）天津大部地区降水量比常年同期略偏多，气温略偏高。全市季降水量为70～90 mm（北部地区多年平均76.5 mm，东部地区多年平均72.0 mm，中南部地区多年平均68.1 mm）。季平均气温为14 ℃左右（北部和中南部地区多年平均13.7 ℃；东部地区多年平均13.1 ℃）。

季内，3月、5月平均气温较常年略偏高，4月接近常年。……
