摘要：目前，随着我国工商管理系统的迅速发展，工商行政部门作为行使工商管理职能的重要机构，对于维护市场的健康运行，促进经济的发展有着不可替代的作用。现从工商管理的职能出发，分析我国工商管理现状，对其存在的问题提出合理的意见及建议。

Abstract：At present，with developing rapidly of China's system about the business administration， the administrative departments of Industry and commerce act as the impotant institution that exercises of business administration the function，are irreplaceable for promoting the economy development and for the healthy operation on maitaining market .In this paper ， starting out the functions of business administration，analyzing the current situation of China's business administration，I give some rea sonable advice and suggestion on its open questions.

一、前言

工商管理是研究工商企业经济管理基本理论和一般方法的学科，主要包括企业的经营战略制定和内部行为管理两个方面。工商管理专业的应用性很强，它的目标是依据管理学、经济学的基本理论，通过运用现代管理的方法和手段来进行有效的企业管理和经营决策，保证企业的生存和发展。随着我国经济体制改革的层层深入以及企业组织结构的日益复杂，工商管理工作水平也必须有所提高，由于受到传统观念的影响，现行的工商管理体制难以满足工商行政管理事业发展的要求，制约了工商管理的发展。为了适应时代潮流，更好的发挥工商管理的职能，促进市场健康稳定发展，在研究我国工商管理现状的基础上，提出解决当前问题的可行措施。

二、工商管理的现状

社会主义市场经济是建立在知识的生产、分配和消费之上的一种较为新颖的经济模式。工商管理部门在促进市场经济持续、稳定、多元化发展方面，发挥着重要的作用。目前，我国工商管理体制存在诸多问题，工商管理的现状不容乐观。……
