张家港市第一人民医院285例药品不良反应分析

摘要目的：了解张家港市第一人民医院(以下简称“我院”)药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction，ADR)发生的特点和规律，为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2014年1月—2014年12月285例ADR报告进行统计、分析。结果：经统计，我院涉及ADR的药物种类有19类，其中抗感染药、心血管系统药、中药制剂发生ADR的比例列前3位；在给药方式中，以静脉方式给药发生ADR的比例最高；从临床表现看，皮肤及其附件损害ADR发生率最高，其次为消化系统损害，心血管系统和全身性损害列第3位；基本药物发生ADR的比例较低。结论：加强ADR监测，减少ADR的发生，并逐步增加基本药物的应用比例，可提高临床合理用药水平。

Analysis on 285 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction in the First People’s Hospital of Zhangjiagang

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in the First People’s Hospital of Zhangjiagang(hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”), so as to provide reference for the safe and rational medication in clinic. METHODS: Retrospective analysis was adopted, statistical analysis was conducted on 285 cases of ADR reports from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014. RESULTS: According to the statistics, 19 kinds of drugs involved in ADR, among which the anti-infective drugs, cardiovascular drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparations dominated the top three places. Intravenous drip took the highest proportion of route of administration. Most of ADR were found in the skin and its appendages damage, followed by digestive system damage, cardiovascular system and multi-system damage dominated the third place. The incidence of adverse reaction in essential drugs was in a low-proportion. CONCLUSIONS: It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of ADR, reduce the incidence of ADR, and increase the application proportion of essential drugs, so as to improve the rational drug use in clinic.

药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction，ADR)是指合格药品在正常用法、用量情况下出现的与用药目的无关的或意外的有害反应。为了解张家港市第一人民医院(以下简称“我院”)ADR发生的特点和规律，笔者对2014年1月—2014年12月我院上报至江苏省ADR监测中心的285例住院患者发生的ADR情况进行回顾性统计、分析，旨在为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。

1资料与方法

资料来源于2014年1月—2014年12月我院上报至江苏省ADR监测中心的住院患者的ADR报告。

使用Excel软件对ADR报告分别从患者年龄、给药方式、ADR临床表现、发生ADR的药品、ADR转归和预后等方面进行统计处理、分析。……
