[摘要] 目的 对中西医三联疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法 整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月期间的80例多囊卵巢综合症的患者，然后将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例患者。对照组的40例患者进行常规治疗，观察组的40例患者采用中西医三联疗法进行5个月左右的治疗。对两组患者在治疗后的月经、体重、促卵泡激素生成素、促黄体生成素、空腹胰岛素以及睾酮等在治疗前后的变化进行比较。结果 两组患者在治疗后促黄体生成素、睾酮以及空腹胰岛素均出现了不同程度的下降，观察组患者在治疗后，促黄体生成素、睾酮以及空腹胰岛素的下降比较明显，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组的总有效率为75.0%，观察组的总有效率为92.5%，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 中西医三联疗法对于多囊卵巢综合症有良好的疗效，而且相对比较安全，因此可以进行推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine triple therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from 2014 January to 2015 January were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment， while those in the observation group were given traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for 5 months. The menstruation， weight， follicle stimulating hormone， luteinizing hormone， fasting insulin and testosterone of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment， the luteinizing hormone， testosterone and fasting insulin decreased in both groups， moreover， those decreased more significantly in the observation group than in the control group with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%， and that of the observation group was 92.5%， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine triple therapy has good curative effect on polycystic ovary syndrome with fine safety， so it can be applied and promoted in the clinical treatment of the disease.

多囊卵巢综合症是一种内分泌疾病，在育龄妇女的群体中比较多发，一般情况下，患病率在5%～10%之间[1]。如果育龄妇女是胰岛素抵抗患者，那么多囊卵巢综合症的发病率将提升为60%～70%[2]。而且多囊卵巢综合症对育龄妇女的身体有着严重的伤害，必须要采取有效的方法来加强多囊卵巢综合症的治疗。中西医三联疗法对于多囊卵巢综合症有着良好的治疗效果，为了进一步探究中西医三联疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床效果，整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月期间的80例多囊卵巢综合症的患者，然后将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别进行常规治疗和采用中西医三联疗法，并对最终的结果进行回顾性分析，现报道如下。……
