摘 要：转变教学观念，提高教学水平，是教育工作者的使命。“课题式” 教学方法是一种新的启发式教学模式。近些年来，现代生物技术发展迅猛，植物生物技术的研究领域和成就不断增多，园艺植物生物技术是植物生物技术的一个分支，园艺植物生物技术是园艺专业的核心课程之一。为适应应用型人才的培养要求，采用“课题式”教学方法在园艺植物生物技术实践教学中进行了探索，提高了教学质量，取得了较好的效果。

关键词：“课题式”教学方法；园艺植物生物技术；实践教学

Abstract：How to change the teaching idea and improve the teaching level，it is the mission of the educator."Subject" teaching method is a new heuristic teaching mode.In recent years，with the rapid development of modern biotechnology，the research field and achievement of plant biotechnology are increasing，and the biotechnology of horticultural plants is a branch of plant biotechnology.Biotechnology in horticultural plants as one of my campus art professional core curriculum，in order to meet the demands of our school of applied talents training by taking the "subject" teaching methods in practice teaching of biotechnology in horticultural plant，in order to reach high quality of teaching and achieved good results.

时代在发展，观念在革新，针对21世纪的人才人们越来越有了更高的要求，不但要思想过硬、理论丰富，而且要有扎实的实践动手能力。因此，改进教学手段和方法，注重实践教学，加强实践技能训练，切实提高学生的实践动手技能，是教育工作者面临的重要问题之一[1]。要想改进教学方式，首先要做的是进行教学观念的转变，让教师的角色转变为“引导者、组织者与合作者”，使学生真正参与到教学中去，进而提高教学效果[2]。其中“课题式教学”又被称为研究式教学，是目前我国高校正在大力提倡并不断探索的一种新的教学方式，它是一种现代启发式的教学方式，属于构建性的教学。而教育部的文件是这样定义课题式教学的：“课题式教学是教师引导学生从自然、社会和生活中挑选课题，最后确定选题并进行相关研究，并在研究过程中获取知识，进而运用所学知识来解决相关问题的学习模式”[3]。……
