加强医学院校学生医德教育的对策探析

摘要：为了实现培养医术精湛、医德高尚医学人才的目标，医学院校必须重视加强学生的医德教育。文章分析了目前我国医学院校医德教育存在的诸多问题，从思想上加强重视，注重开展入学教育、提高教师队伍建设质量，规范医德教育内容，创新医德教育形式等方面对医德教育工作的发展策略进行了相应的思考。

关键词：医学院校；医学生；医德教育；对策

Abstract:In order to achieve the goals of training the medical talent with medical skills and medical ethics noble，medical universities must pay attention to strengthen students' education of medical morals. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current education of medical morals in the universities of China，and thinks deeply the strategies on the development of education of medical morals work in strengthening the ideological value，paying attention to developing the entrance education，improving the quality of teachers' team construction，regulating the content of medical moral education and innovating the forms of medical moral education.

对于医学院校的学生而言，医德教育在学生的成才发展中占据重要的地位。所谓医德教育，“它主要是为了培养医学生如何快速融入职业角色和处理与领导同事之间、患者之间的关系，以及在面对突发情况时的应变能力，有助于提升自身的职业素养和社会责任感”。［1］因此，培养一名医术精湛的医者和一名兼具高尚医德的医学人才是我们的目标。

一、医学院校医德教育的现状

医务工作者责任重大，使命光荣，他们担负着预防疾病、康复治病、治病救人的重任。然而随着市场经济的发展、价值观念的多元化、医疗工作环境的恶化、医患纠纷的增加、个别医务工作人员医德的滑坡，以及医务工作者的巨大压力，加之学校教育对医德教育的疏忽，医学生的整体素质下滑，这些现象极大冲击着医学院校的医德教育工作。医学院校作为培养医学人才的教育基地，应当大力加强对学生的医德教育工作，强化医德、医风等人文素质教育，提高学生的培养质量，这是我国医学事业发展的重要组成部分，所以加强医学院校学生医德教育至关重要。……
