黑龙江地域文化艺术在高校艺术教育中的应用*

摘要：在目前黑龙江省高校艺术教育现状不佳的情况下，应当将地域文化艺术融入到高校艺术教育中，形成具有地域特色的文化体系，对艺术教育的实施予以支持和约束，促使高校艺术教育能够充分挖掘与利用黑龙江地域文化艺术，开展具有地域文化艺术特色的艺术课程、氛围、活动等，教育学生，培养出一批批地域文化艺术功底深厚的艺术创作人才。所以，文章将重点分析黑龙江地域文化艺术如何在高校艺术教育中有效应用。

Abstract:Under the poor condition of the current situation of the art education in colleges of Heilongjiang Province，the regional culture and art should be integrated into the college art education in order to form a regional culture system. In addition，the support and restraint should be given to the implementation of art education。By this way can the art education in College be promoted to fully dig and utilize the Heilongjiang regional culture and arts，form art courses，atmosphere and activities with regional artistic features to educate students and train a batch of talents armed with knowledge of regional culture and art. So，this paper will focus on analyzing how to effectively apply the Heilongjiang regional culture art in college art education.

形成地域文化需要一个较为长期的过程，地域文化是需要不断发展、变化的，但在一定阶段具有相对的稳定性。地域文化一般是指特定区域源远流长、独具特色，传承至今仍发挥作用的文化传统，是特定区域的生态、民俗、传统、习惯等文明表现。它在一定的地域范围内与环境相融合，因而打上了地域的烙印，具有独特性。地域文化中的“地域”，是文化形成的地理背景，范围可大可小。地域文化中的“文化”，可以是单要素的，也可以是多要素的。但由于在国外文化的冲击下、后现代文化的发展下，地域文化艺术逐渐被冷落、忽视，导致地域文化艺术价值埋没，同时也不利于本国文化艺术的弘扬与传承。……
