浅析“慎独”思想与高师生师德意识培养*

摘要：当前高师生师德意识淡薄，高师院校忽视高师生师德意识的培养。“慎独”与高师生师德意识具有融通性和一致性。“慎独”所彰显“守其独”、“诚其意”、“反求诸己”、“克己自律”、“常戒惧”等思想内涵，对于唤醒和培养高师生的师德意识，提高他们的师德素养具有重要的启示意义。

Abstract:At present，the consciousness of teachers'occupational morality about undergraduates in normal universities is weak，the normal universities ignore the education of teachers'occupational morality consciousness."Shen Du" and the consciousness of teachers'occupational morality about undergraduates in normal universities have compatibility and consistency. The thought connotation of "Shendu"，such as "keep its independence"，"rectifie its heart"，"engage in self-examination"，"Self control and Self discipline"，"always cautious"and so on，to arouse and cultivate the consciousness of teachers'occupational morality about undergraduates in normal universities，improve their moral quality has important implications.

“慎独”作为一种传统的克己修身之法，强调自律自省，要求把外在约束转化为内心自觉，既是一种传统的道德修养方法和手段，又是道德修养所追求的一种境界。高师生的师德意识与“慎独”思想有着内在的统一性。因此重视和借鉴“慎独”思想，对唤醒高师生的师德意识，加强高师生的师德教育，提高他们的师德素养具有重要的现实意义。

一、高师生师德主体意识培养乏力

师德意识是一种自主性的道德，是作为认识和实践主体的教师对于教师主体地位、教师主体能力和教师主体价值的一种自觉意识，也是教师主体的自主性、能动性和创造性的观念的体现，亦是教师对教师与社会、现实关系的理性认知。高师生正处于社会心理迅速发展、师德素质初步形成的阶段，但高师生的师德主体意识却较为淡薄，且高师院校对高师生师德意识培养也较为乏力。
