国际化视野下我国法医学本科生教育培养模式初探*

摘要：在当前国际化视野下，培养综合能力较强的法医学本科生是缩小我国与世界发达国家法医学发展水平差距的重要举措之一。目前本科教育在我国法医学人才培养中仍具有基础性作用，同时也占据主导地位。因此我们应结合国内外法医学人才培养模式，取长补短，完善当前我国的法医学本科生培养模式。文章旨在从招生模式、课程设置、教学管理、实习单位规划及国际化合作等多方面探讨当前国际形势下应如何结合国内外法医学人才培养模式，以期培养出综合素质较高的法医学本科生。

Abstract:Under the current internationalization vision，the cultivation of highly comprehensive ability of forensic science undergraduates is one of the important measures to narrow the gaps of development level in forensic science between our country and developed countries in the world. The current undergraduate education still plays a fundamental and also dominant role in talent cultivation of forensic science in China. Therefore，we should combine talent cultivation mode of forensic science at home and abroad to perfect the current undergraduate cultivation modes of forensic science in our country. The paper is aimed at exploring how to combine talent cultivation mode of forensic science at home and abroad under the current international situations from enrollment modes，curriculum setting，teaching management，planning of internship units and international cooperation in order to cultivate forensic science undergraduates with highly comprehensive quality.

法医学的社会性、特殊性等特征决定了它是一种对实践能力和综合素质要求都较高的行业［1］，而法医学教育质量的高低更是影响行业水平的关键因素。鉴于我国的现代法医学起步较晚，整体教育水平与国外较发达国家相比又有一定的差距，也就导致了国内外法医学培养模式的不同。如在丹麦的法医学教研活动主要以大学法医研究所为中心，研究所的设置使法医学教育得到进一步发展，也使法医学成为取得学位的毕业考试课程之一。……
