浅析高职心理健康教育教学体系的构建

摘要：高职心理健康教育是高职院校解决学生心理困扰、提升学生心理素质的一门重要课程。在现代激烈的社会竞争环境中，高职学生有其特殊的心理问题，对学生的身心健康发展有着严重影响。为了保障高职学生的健康成长，心理健康教育有着特殊的使命和重要的作用。但目前，高职院校中的心理健康教育教学存在一些问题，亟待解决。本文以构建高职心理健康教育教学体系的意义作为切入点，分析了高职学生心理问题的表现和高职心理健康教育面临的问题，最后分析了如何构建高职心理健康教育教学体系。

Abstract:Psychological health education in higher vocational colleges is an important course to solve studentsˊ psychological distress, and promote studentsˊmental quality. In the competitive modern society, higher vocational students have their special psychological problems which have a serious impact on their physical and mental health development. Mental health education has a special mission and plays an important role to ensure higher vocational studentsˊhealthy growth. But at present, there are some problems need to be solved in the teaching of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges. Based on the construction of higher vocational teaching system, this paper analyzes the higher vocational studentsˊpsychological performance, the problems facing higher vocational education, and how to set up a higher vocational teaching system.

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，是以学生未来从事的职业为主要的教育目标，教学内容具有实践性、操作性、市场性以及社会性。伴随全球经济一体化发展趋势的进行，西方文化思潮也不断涌入我国，对高职学生的心理产生了较大的影响。为了解决高职学生的心理困惑和心理问题，高职院校需要构建心理健康教育教学体系，引导高职学生形成正确的世界观、价值观、人生观。从高职院校的发展以及对高职学生的培养等方面而言，建立一整套科学、合理、可行、有效的高职心理健康教育教学体系，俨然已经成为高职院校当前以致未来最重要的发展任务之一。……
