高校思政课教改新模式和多元立体评价体系探索*

近几年，湖北理工学院马克思主义学院以信息化建设为着力点，努力搭建思政课教改信息化平台，积极探索“一化三改”新模式，力推“三三四”制多元立体考评体系，倡导“五个结合”“三位一体”，切实增强思政课的“两性两力”。经过几年的思政课教育教学改革实践，目前成效明显。

[Abstract]In recent years,Academy of Marxism in Hubei Polytechnic University has been committed to construction of informatization and building information platform for the teaching reform of ideological and political course. By using the information platform, Academy of Marxism is exploring teaching reform in allocation of hours,forms and contents of the ideological and political courses, adopting a multi-dimensional evaluation system of "30-30-40" in student performance assessment (class attendance, class participation, on-line assignments: 30%; out of class practice: 30%;final exam: 40%), advocating "five combinations" (in-class learning and out of class learning, on campus education and off campus education, inter-university exchanges, university-community-enterprise collaboration, combination of ideological and political education and culture with local features) and "integration of university-community-enterprise" so as to improve the practicality and effectiveness of the course as well as to make the course interesting and influential to the students. The teaching reform practice of ideological and political course proves to be effective.

长期以来，湖北理工学院马克思主义学院始终坚持党的教育方针，遵循高等教育规律，坚持以教学为中心，以教学质量为生命线，以改革创新为动力，大力推进思政课教学改革，不断创新手段和方法，思政课的教育教学质量全面提升，在学校思想政治教育中充分发挥了主渠道、主阵地作用。近几年，马克思主义学院以信息化建设为着力点，努力搭建思政课教学改革信息化平台，积极探索“一化三改”教改新模式(“一化”即思政课信息化建设，“三改”即全面改革思政课的学时、形式、内容)，力推“三三四”制多元立体考评体系，倡导“五个结合”“三位一体”，切实增强思政课“两性两力”。经过多年的思政课教育教学改革实践，成效明显。
