新生儿护理风险因素与防范措施探讨

目的分析新生儿科护理中存在的风险因素，探讨其预防措施，提高新生儿护理质量。方法对该院新生儿科2016年1月1日—2016年6月30日收治的476例新生儿进行回顾性分析，总结新生儿护理中存在的风险因素，探讨其预防措施。结果新生儿护理中存在的风险因素主要有新生儿因素、护理人员因素、管理制度因素、新生儿家属因素、环境因素5个方面。结论充分评估新生儿的状态、提升护理人员的专业素养、完善新生儿护理管理体制、加强对新生儿家属健康教育、改善新生儿病房环境以防范新生儿护理不良事件的发生。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the risk factors existing in the nursing in the neonatal department，study its preventive measures and improve the nursing quality of newborns.Methods 476 cases of newborns in the neonatal department in our hospital from January 1，2016 to June 30，2016 were retrospectively analyzed，and the risk factors existing in the nursing of newborns were summarized，and the preventive measures were studied.Results The risk factors existing in the nursing of newborns mainly included the newborns，nursing staff，management system，newborn's family and environment.Conclusion We should fully assess the neonatal state，improve the professional quality of nursing staff，improve the neonatal nursing management system，enhance the health education for newborn's family and improve the neonatal ward environment in order to prevent the occurrence of neonatal nursing adverse events.

新生儿是指出生后28 d以内的婴儿，新生儿出生后，由于母体子宫内环境与自然环境相差较大，新生儿在对自然环境还不能较好的适应，同时，新生儿机体各组织与器官的发育还不完善，机体相应的器官的功能也不健全，机体的免疫力较弱，对外界环境的抵抗能力有限，而新生儿的毛细血管丰富脆弱、皮肤薄嫩，容易受到损伤［1］。此外，新生儿对自身的不适不能通过语言来表达，也不同自主通过调节体位来改善自身的不适状态。因此，新生儿科的护理工作比其他科室的护理具有更大的难度，同时也具有更大的风险。护理人员在工作的过程中对新生儿护理中存在的风险因素进行及早干预是预防新生儿护理风险事件发生的有效措施，现报道如下。……
