探讨中药调配的自动化

由于中药饮片及中药配方颗粒很容易进行定量包装，能够对其不同的规格进行制作，实现了自动化的调配。但是对于临床中医辨证施治而言，由于固定包装规格的限制，很难满足中医临床治疗的需要。而且，在整个中医界尚有很多学者认为中药配方颗粒的临床药效不及传统水煎服的中药效果。所以，加强研究中药自动化调配，确保临床患者合理安全用药，提升中药房工作效率，改善中药房自动化水平，对于整个中医药事业的发展具有非常重要的学术价值。

［Abstract］The automatic dispensing is realized because the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and Chinese medicinal granula are easier to carry out quantitative packing and the different specifications can bemade，but in terms of clinical syndrome differentiation depending treatment，it is difficult to meet the needs of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine due to the restrictions of fixed packing specifications.And in the whole traditional Chinese medicine，many scholars suppose that the clinical curative effect of Chinesemedicinal granule isworse than that of oral dose of traditional Chinesemedicine decocted in water，therefore，strengthening the research of automatic dispensing of traditional Chinesemedicine，ensuring rational and safemedication of clinical patients，improving the work efficiency of dispensary of traditional Chinesemedicine and improving the automatic level of dispensary of traditional Chinesemedicine are of extremely important academic value to the development of thewhole traditional Chinesemedicine enterprise.

近些年，自动化药房在国内获得了高速发展，自动化程度越来越高，与国外技术水平的差距也越来越小，但适合中草药的自动化调配药系统仍然没有取得较大的发展。目前，自动化中药房的自动配药系统所配送的中药主要有中药配方颗粒和中药饮片两种类型。这两种类型的中药都可进行定量包装，制作成不同规格的小包装中药，很容易进行自动调配。但中医讲究辨证论治，只用几种固定规格的小包装中药很难满足中药的调配。此外，中药配方颗粒的药效是否等同于水煎中药在中医界还存有争议。因此，为了促进中药房的自动化与现代化，提高中药房的工作效率，保障患者的用药安全，研究中药自动调配具有重要的学术价值。……
