探讨6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中的分析

目的探讨6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中的临床效果。方法于2014年2月—2015年2月对该院神经外科采用传统的管理方法，于2015年3月—2016年3月在该院神经外科采用6S管理方法。分析对比6S管理方法前后护理质量评分以及患者的护理满意度评分。结果开展6S管理方法之前，护理质量以及患者满意度评分分别为（6.8±1.4）分和（6.2±1.3）分；开展6S管理方法之后，护理质量以及患者满意度评分分别为（8.0±1.2）分和（8.3±1.0）分。开展6S管理方法前后护理质量、满意度评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中具有极高的应用价值，提高了护理质量，增加了护理满意度，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical effect of 6Smanagementmethod in themanagement of the department of neurosurgery.M ethods The department of neurosurgery of our hospitalwas given traditionalmanagementmethod from February 2014 to February 2015，and was given 6Smanagementmethod from March 2015 to March 2016，and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory score before and after the 6Smanagement method were analyzed and compared.Results There were obvious differences in the nursing quality and satisfactory degree scores of patients before and after carrying out 6Smanagementmethod with statistical significance，［（6.8±1.4）marks，（6.2±1.3）marks vs（8.0±1.2）marks，（8.3±1.0）marks］. Conclusion The application value of 6Smanagementmethod in themanagement in the department of neurosurgery is extremely high，which farthest improves the nursing quality and enhance the nursing satisfactory degree，which isworth promotion.

随着医疗改革深入发展，给医疗行业带来了更多的挑战和考验。医疗单位只有不断改进服务质量，才能满足社会的需求。相关实践调查发现，6S管理方法是一种优质的管理方法，把其应用在神经外科中，不但有利于提高整体工作效率，提高服务质量。还有利于提高医护人员的业务水平，改善医患关系，提升医疗单位的信誉和地位［1-2］。该文主要探讨6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中的临床价值，现报道如下。
