中西医结合儿童重症腺病毒肺炎治疗的临床带教方法探析

腺病毒肺炎是儿童常见的呼吸道疾病，重症腺病毒肺炎是引起婴幼儿重症肺部炎症的重要原因之一，近年来重症腺病毒肺炎病例数较前明显增加。在中西医结合儿童重症腺病毒肺炎治疗实习临床带教过程中，应发挥中西医结合的优势，实行以下各项策略：巩固基本理论，帮助实习人员树立临床思维；导实习生上我操作技能，提高实践水平；指导实习生练习填写病历，以增强诊断能力；出科应进行考核，确保实习效果。只有这样，才能为培养高素质的中西医结合儿童重症腺病毒肺炎治疗专业人才打下牢靠的基础。

［Abstract］Adenovirus pneumonia is a common respiratory disease in children，the severe adenovirus pneumonia is one of the important causes of severe pulmonary inflammation in children，in recent years，caseswith severe adenovirus pneumonia has obviously increased compared with those before.In the course of practice clinical teaching of treatment of severe adenovirus pneumonia in children in the integrated TCM＆westernmedicine department，we should exert the advantages of integrated TCM＆western medicine and implement the following various strategies，consolidating the basic theory，help the interns establish clinical thinking，improve the operation skill of interns and practical level，guide the interns to fill in the medical records to enhance the diagnostic ability，conduct examinationswhen leaving the department to ensure the practice effect.Only in theseways can the solid foundation for cultivating the high-quality professionals of treatment of severe adenovirus pneumonia in children in the integrated TCM＆westernmedicine department be laid.

近些年来，对于中西医结合医学的基础研究和临床研究这两个方面都获得了非常大的成就。之所以将中西医与儿科本科教育相结合，主要是为了培养高级儿科专业人才，其带教的内容和中医儿科专业本科毕业生的实习带教内容存在很大差异［1］，腺病毒肺炎是儿童常见的呼吸道疾病，重症腺病毒肺炎在婴幼儿重症肺炎中占19.3%，是引起婴幼儿重症肺部炎症的重要原因之一，近年来重症腺病毒肺炎病例数较前明显增加。相关文献也有报道因腺病毒感染导致小儿重症腺病毒肺炎达到3.53%，小儿重症腺病毒肺炎多集中6个月～2岁［2］，6个月～2岁婴幼儿缺乏母体抗体的保护，而自身抗体形成不完全，不能发挥很好保护功能，此阶段的婴幼儿更易病毒感染导致重症肺部炎症［3］。……
