试论医疗器械管理中的风险管理

在当代的医疗卫生条件下，我国的医疗水平技术在不断的提高，相对应的降低了医疗风险，当前的医疗器械管理仍存在一定的难度，很不容易进行直接控制。医疗器械属于高投入，高收入的技术产业，但同时由于自身的用途是直接涉及到生命安全的，所以在进行医疗器械的产品生产中存在一定的风险。该文将从现在的医疗器械的风险管理现状出发，分析如何更好的采取措施降低医疗器械管理风险。

［Abstract］Themedical level technology is constantly improved in the contemporary medical health condition，which relatively reduces themedial risk，currently，themedical devicemanagement still has a certain difficulty，and the direct control of it is not easy.Medical device belongs to the high-input and high-income technical industry，and its purpose directly involves in life security，therefore，there is a certain risk in the production ofmedical device.The paper analyzes how to take bettermeasures to reduce themedical devicemanagement risk starting from the risk management status of presentmedical device.

医疗器械和其他的工业生产不同，医疗器械是直接用于治病救人的，因此医疗器械在运用过程中就带有一定的风险性。医疗器械从投入生产到最后报废，这中间存在任何一个环节，出现问题，就会产生一定的医疗风险，直接影响到医疗生产安全，因此强化医疗器械管理，提高对医疗器械的风险管理是非常重要的。

1　医疗器械风险管理含义

风险管理是在确定有风险的客观前提下，通过一定的措施把风险降到最低。风险管理包括对风险的预计，风险程度的度量，以及风险出现后的合理解决措施。在进行风险管理过程中，最优化的风险管理就是提前对预期风险进行测量，把可能出现的风险进行排序，风险越大的需要做到优先处理，而其他相对较小的风险可以后处理，以降低风险危害。……
