刍议思想政治工作在医院控制药品比例增长中的作用

近些年来，随着经济的不断发展，社会的不断进步，当今的医疗水平也在不断提升，而人们的医疗意识也在不断提高。但从总体上来分析，医院的药品比例在明显增长，老百姓看病难，看病贵已经成为一个严重的社会焦点问题，具体来分析这主要有宏观的因素，也有微观的因素。对药品的增长比例进行控制是一个困难的工作，需要确保政治思想工作在控制药品比例增长当中具有一定的地位，这能够促使医院的药品增长比例有所缓解。思想政治工作具有导向作用，可以有一定的凝聚力和向心力，所以在综合作用的激励之下，能够确保人生观和价值观转化成为职工的高质量工作动机，确保药品比例增长能够符合一定的自觉行为。该研究主要基于此分析思想政治工作在医院控制药品比例增长当中的作用，希望所得的结果可以为相关领域提供有价值的参考。

[Abstract]In recent years，with the continuous economic development and social progress，themedical level now is increasingly improved，and themedical awareness of people is continuously improved，but overall，the hospital drug percentage obviously increases，and the difficulty and high cost of patient treatment has already been a serious social focal issue，specifically speaking，itmainly involvesmacro and micro factors，controlling drug growth percentage is a difficult job，which needs to ensure the ideological and politicalwork has a certain status，thus relieving the hospital drug growth percentage.The ideological and politicalwork plays a leading role with a certain cohesiveness and centripetal force，therefore，it can ensure the views on life and values of staff convert into the high-quality work motivation，thus ensuring the drug percentage growth can meet a certain conscious activity.The paper analyzes the effect of ideological and political work in controlling the percentage of hospital drug growth based on the above，and we hope the results can provide reference for the relevant fields.
