镇静镇痛在机械通气患者中的应用及护理

【摘要】目的 分析镇静镇痛在机械通气患者中的应用及护理。方法 本次研究选取的研究对象为2014年3月～2015年3月在我院ICU进行治疗的机械通气患者，将60例患者简单随机分为2组，每组各30例患者。在两组患者都使用咪达唑仑的情况下，其中一组患者加芬太尼进行治疗和常规护理（对照组），另一组加用舒芬太尼进行治疗并进行护理干预（观察组）。对比两组机械通气患者的用药前后的镇静镇痛评分。结果 对照组机械通气患者的镇静镇痛评分低于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在使用镇静镇痛药物的基础上对机械通气患者进行护理，患者的耐受力得到提高，镇静镇痛效果好，有利于患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the application of sedation and analgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation and nursing. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU in our hospital were selected as the subject of this study. 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups，30 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with midazolam midazolam，control group was taken by fentanyl for treatment and routine care，observation group was taken by sufentanil for treatment and nursing intervention，to compare sedation and analgesia score of two groups before and after mechanical ventilation treatment. Results The sedation and analgesia score of the control group was less than that of observation group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing for patients with mechanical ventilation，on the basis of use of sedative and analgesic drugs，has some advantages of improving the patient's tolerance，which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.

机械通气是指通过呼吸机的作用，对气道通畅、通气和氧合进行维持和改善［1］，使患者能够改变自主呼吸运动［2］的一种通气方式。在进行机械通气的过程中，患者要有一定的疼痛耐受力，采用镇静镇痛药物能使患者达到满意的镇静镇痛效果。我院将机械通气患者60例作为研究对象，以下是详细报告：

1　患者资料和护理方法

1.1基线资料

选取我院收治的60例机械通气患者（于2014年3月～2015年3月）作为研究对象，每组各30例患者。对照组：男性患者16例，女性患者14例，患者年龄41～85岁，平均年龄（62.35±9.67）岁。观察组：男性患者17例，女性患者13例，患者年龄42～87岁，平均年龄（62.68±9.88）岁。对照组和观察组机械通气患者在基线资料方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），具有可比性。……
