米非司酮与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗围绝经期功血的疗效比较

【摘要】目的 探讨米非司酮与妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的疗效。方法 收集2012年5月～2016年2月我院诊断为围绝经期功血的患者，随机均分为A组（接受妈富隆治疗）和B组（接受米非司酮治疗）。对比两组治疗前后FSH及子宫内膜厚度及两组围绝经期功血治疗疗效。结果 （1）两组治疗前FSH及子宫内膜厚度结果比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组治疗后FSH及子宫内膜厚度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）A组和B组围绝经期功血治疗疗效分别为96.7%、70.0%，结果比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 与妈富隆相比，米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血疗效更优，对控制围绝经期功血临床症状作用更强。

Objective To investigate mifepristone and Marvelon of treatment efficacy around menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods From May 2012 to February 2016，in our hospital diagnosed as perimenopausal DUB patients were randomly divided into A group（receiving Marvelon treatment）and group B（receiving mifepristone）. Compared before and after treatment of FSH and endometrial thickness and two perimenopausal DUB treatment efficacy. Results （1）Before treatment，the endometrial thickness and FSH results showed no significant difference（P＞ 0.05）. FSH and endometrial thickness difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.（2）Group A and group B of perimenopausal DUB therapeutic effect were 96.7%，70.0%，the results were statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Marvelon，mifepristone treatment of perimenopausal DUB has better efficacy，efficacy for perimenopausal uterine bleeding symptoms is stronger.

围绝经期是指妇女性成熟期逐渐过渡至老年期的过程，围绝经期卵巢功能退化，患者会出现月经周期不规律，闭经、经量不定［1］。本文以临床中常用的米非司酮与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片（妈富隆）进行治疗对比，分析两种药物对围绝经期功血的治疗效果。

1　资料与方法

1.1病例选择

收集2012年5月～2016年2月我院诊断为围绝经期功血患者60例，随机均分为A组（接受妈富隆治疗）和B组（接受米非司酮治疗）。A组平均年龄（52.3±5.3）岁，功能性子宫出血平均时间（2.1±1.2）年；B组平均年龄（51.9±5.4）岁，功能性子宫出血平均时间（2.2±1.5）周；2组人员年龄，功能性子宫出血时间结果差异无统计学意义。

1.2治疗方法

1.2.1A组 给予诊刮术，方法如下：取膀胱截石位，常规消毒，铺菌，窥器扩张阴道暴露宫颈，消毒阴道及宫颈，采取合适刮匙刮取子宫内膜，组织送病理检查。……
